Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding application fees and course payments.

1. Application Fee

The 500 EGP application fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

  • Application rejection
  • Voluntary withdrawal
  • Failure to attend the interview
  • Change of personal circumstances

2. Course Fee (If Accepted)

If an applicant is accepted and proceeds to enroll:

  • The 500 EGP application fee will be deducted from the total course fee.
  • Course payment terms and refund conditions will be governed by the formal contract signed upon acceptance.

3. Course Cancellation by MT Media Hub

In the event that MT Media Hub cancels the course before commencement, applicants who have paid beyond the application fee will be notified and provided with appropriate options, which may include rescheduling or refund of paid course fees (excluding the application fee).

4. Participant Cancellation After Enrollment

Refund eligibility for enrolled participants will be defined in the signed enrollment contract. Failure to attend sessions after official enrollment does not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Force Majeure

MT Media Hub shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
